S1 E9 The X-Factors of Lighting Design

"If I had asked people what they wanted, they would have said faster horses."

These are the words of Henry Ford, an industrialist and the founder of the Ford Motor Company.  He found the X-Factor for the motor industry when he developed the assembly line technique of production and made cars available for the mass market.

How do we define the x-factor?   It's that mysterious quality that makes something special and unique.  Maybe it is difficult to describe and it is always different for every project but we have challenged this episodes speakers to tell us their x-factors, the things that they think make a difference to their lighting designs.
